2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and images. We will review and provide a suitable resolution.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item to the provided address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
