Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if available.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to selected regions. Availability of shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will review the issue and assist accordingly.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
